Reformer Pilates

Our group classes are designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall mobility each week. Each class follows a progressive series model, gradually increasing in difficulty. You are not required to complete a whole series to attend a class; both drop-ins and series sign-ups are available for all classes.

If you are new to Reformer at Moetus Health, you must attend a Reformer Fundamentals class first. If you have any injuries or specific physical conditions, please inform your instructor or the front desk so we can make the necessary accommodations.

Grip socks are not required but encouraged. 

NEW TO THE STUDIO

The First Class

Arrive early for your first class so that we can welcome you to our studio and give you a brief rundown of the facilities. To avoid disruptions, you will not be permitted to enter the studio after class begins.

HANDS-ON GUIDANCE

Your instructors will use hands on queuing to help you achieve proper form. If you are uncomfortable being touched, please let your instructor know.

EQUIPMENT POLICY

All equipment and mats are provided. Wait for your instructor’s signal before using equipment or entering the studio. Handle all equipment with care and ask for assistance when needed.

COMFORTABLE ATTIRE

Wear clothing that allows for flexible movement and comfort. For safety and hygiene, grippy socks are encouraged. Grippy socks are available for purchase.
