In-Studio Classes

Each class is 45 minutes and lead by our expert instructors, with 20+ classes in our studio each week. Whether you want to boost strength, improve posture, or enhance mobility, our supportive group classes help you experience the benefits of movement. Grip socks are not required but encouraged.

PLEASE NOTE: The studio will be closed for March Break from March 16 to 22. Classes will resume on March 23.

Please note all classes are subject to our 24-hour Late Cancellation and No Show Policy. All equipment and mat is provided. Please bring a water bottle and grip socks.

Classes for Series 2 will run from March 2nd to May 2nd
