Everything you need to know before your first visit. From arrival to recovery, we'll make sure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Progressive Series

Each class follows a progressive series model that gradually increases in difficulty over a set number of weeks. From the first class to the last, each instructor builds on your progress to focus on strength and mobility. This approach allows you to see progress in a way that is gradual, safe, and effective.

You are not required to complete a whole series to attend a class; both drop-ins and series sign-ups are available for all classes.
