Tracey discovered yoga in Sudbury after she was diagnosed with arthritis. She then began practicing yoga to alleviate the pain and fell in love. With a regular yoga practice, she was soon able to stop her arthritis medication and became pain free.
Tracey quickly made the decision to teach yoga after being inspired to help others in pain. Tracey combines Yoga Teaching and Rehabilitation to improve range of motion, flexibility, balance, strength, stress levels, and anxiety.
