MELT stands for Myofascial Elongation Lengthening Techniques. The Method itself was initially created by Sue Hitzmann and is a self-care tool to reduce pain and improve mobility by focusing on the fascia (the connective tissue). This movement based workshop is suitable for individuals new to fascial self-care and looking to discover techniques to support their bodies. MELT is for every BODY.
