Cayla has been teaching yoga for almost a decade and has a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum and children’s yoga. She received additional certifications in Pre/Postnatal Fitness and as a Core Confidence Specialist to better serve female health and genitourinary concerns that might arise during the perinatal time. Cayla welcomes all skill levels and offers modifications!
