REFORMER PILATES

Jenine's Reformer classes incorporate interval training & mat work. These challenging variations are joined by tempo changes to deepen mind-body connectivity and amplify the power of each movement. This class will get your heart rate going & heighten the efficacy of your time on the Reformer machine. The result? You'll FEEL the difference in your biomechanics & body alignment!. This is a 10 week series beginning January 8th.
