Group Classes & Pricing

What is a Progressive Series?

A progressive series is a commitment to attending the selected class every week at the same time for the entire duration of the series. This approach offers a distinct advantage as the classes get progressively more challenging, allowing you to build on your progress in a way that is gradual, safe, and effective.

All classes are pre-paid with no early cancellations, transfers, or carry-overs. We ask that participants plan to attend each class.

Pre-payment of the full series is required in order to complete registration.

Spring 2024 classes commence March 18 (until May 16)

How to register for a progressive series

Our registration is open for a short window 1 – 2 months before a series starts.

We have approximately 5 series rotations per year (January start, March start, June start, September start, November start).

  1. Visit our class schedule portal on Jane App to view your desired series.
  2. Select the Week 1 class for the series and register for an account with Jane App, or sign in if you already have an account.
  3. If you’re registering, you will receive an email after you complete your profile to confirm your account. Once you click the confirmation link in your email, you will be taken back to your class reservation page to complete the registration.
  4. Once we receive your first payment, we will register you for the remaining classes in the series, which will all be on the same day at the same time for the duration of the series. We will also complete your payments for each class.
  5. Once we’ve completed your registration and payment, you will receive an email from us confirming your registration.

All classes are pre-paid with no early cancellations, transfers, or carry-overs. We ask that participants plan to attend each class.

Pre-payment of the full series is required in order to complete registration.

Do you accommodate Drop-ins?

Due to the nature of our pricing structure, there are some considerations with drop-ins. Although we do allow them, registration depends upon availability as well as skill level to ensure that you can participate in a way that is both safe and valuable to you.

At Moetus Health, we offer small class sizes to ensure each client gets the hands-on learning they need to ensure proper form and movement. Because of the intimate nature of our classes, please refer to our schedule to confirm if there is an available spot in your desired class for drop-in.

I always learn something new from the Moetus Health Classes. The classes have helped me with extremely tight hips and plantar fascia. I continue to discover new muscles and movements in parts of my body I’ve never felt before! I just wish I had more time to do more classes!
